Terms of sale
Who we are
The AI Character Playbook is sold by Dhruv Kapoor, trading as ZyntellAi Agency, 6th Floor Amp House, Dingwall Road, Croydon CR0 2LX, United Kingdom. Email: dhruv@zyntellai.com.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the seller above. "You" means the person buying the guide.
What you're buying
A 49-page PDF guide called The AI Character Playbook, plus a prompt pack text file (together, the "guide"). Both are digital downloads. Nothing is posted to you.
These terms apply when you buy the guide. By ticking the box at checkout and paying, you agree to them.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout in pounds sterling, and includes any VAT that applies. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
The contract between us starts when your payment goes through.
Getting the guide
Straight after payment you're taken to a confirmation page with download links, and we email the links to the address you gave at checkout. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll send it again.
Your right to cancel
For most online purchases you have 14 days to change your mind. For digital content like this guide, that right ends once you get access, but only if you agree to it first.
At checkout you're asked to confirm that you want instant access to the PDF and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once you get it. If you don't agree, you can't complete the purchase.
We confirm your purchase, including this agreement, in your receipt email.
If something's wrong with the guide
The guide must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. That's your legal right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and these terms don't take it away.
If the file won't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, email us. We'll send a working copy, and if we can't fix it we'll refund you.
Because you get the files straight away and agree at checkout to give up the 14-day cancellation right, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.
What you can do with it
You get a personal licence to read and use the guide. You can:
- use the prompts and methods to make your own characters and videos, including videos you earn money from
- keep the PDF on your own devices and print it for yourself
You can't share, resell, upload, give away or republish the guide or its prompts as a product, in full or in part. We keep the copyright.
No promise of results
The guide teaches a method. We don't promise views, followers, sales or income. Results depend on you, your content and the platforms.
The guide mentions third-party AI tools and platforms. We're not connected to them. Their features, rules and prices change, and you pay for any tools you choose to use. Prices in the guide were correct when we checked them.
Using it responsibly
You're responsible for what you make and post. That includes following each platform's rules (including AI labels), respecting other people's copyright, and never using a real person's face or likeness without permission.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, because the guide is sold for personal use.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update the guide or these terms. The terms that apply to you are the ones in place when you bought the guide.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
