Three things you'll make

Pendingmake-character · 9:16

The character

Designed from scratch: a realistic face, a fixed outfit and one odd detail.

Clip pendingmake-free.mp4 · 9:16 loop

The free video

Made for £0 on a free plan. Your character does one bit somewhere ordinary, like the gym.

Clip pendingmake-overlay.mp4 · 9:16 loop

The overlay

Your character copying every move from a real dance clip, somewhere it has no business dancing.

Why AI characters look fake by video three

Video one looks great. By video three the face has changed, the shirt is a different colour and the hands melted mid-dance. That happens when you describe your character slightly differently each time and give the video tool nothing to hold on to.

Video 2

Video 3

Sheets off: videos 2 and 3 drift. Demo made with colour filters on one image.

The Playbook fixes that before you make a single video. You build a full-body sheet and an expression sheet of your character, then attach both to every video you make, so the tool never has to guess.

Pose sheet of one AI character with a blond bob and moustache in eight outfits and poses: suit, tracksuit, business casual, gym, tux, winter coat, summer shirt and streetwear
Pose sheet: one face, eight outfits
Expression sheet of an AI character with a blond bob and curled moustache: ten close-ups of the same face, from a grin to a wink, at different angles
Expression sheet: one face, ten takes

Questions from the floor

Do I need to pay for any AI tools?

Not for the free route: a free plan covers it. Copying a real clip needs credits on a paid plan: about $1.64 to $3.57 per 8-second clip on entry plans. The guide shows the maths before you pay.

I've never used AI tools. Can I follow it?

Yes. Each step tells you where to click and gives you the exact prompt. No code.

Will my account get banned for AI content?

Chapter 07 covers the AI label each platform asks for and how to add sound without getting muted. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube allow labelled AI content.

Can I make a character that looks like a celebrity?

No. The guide teaches original characters only. Accounts using real faces get reported, and the video tools block them.

How do I get the guide?

Straight after payment, as a download and by email.

Will it go out of date?

AI tools change fast. Prices were checked in October 2026, and each cost comes with its formula so you can re-check it in a minute.

Can I get a refund?

You get the files straight away, so at checkout you agree to give up the usual 14-day right to cancel. If the PDF or prompt pack won't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, email dhruv@zyntellai.com and we'll send a working copy or refund you.
